I biglietti per il Japan Matsuri 2026 were available online and at the festival ticket desks.

To make entry easier, those who bought their ticket online were able to ritirare il proprio pass d’ingresso già a partire dalle ore 9:00, prima dell’apertura ufficiale del festival.

🌸 2-Tages-Pass

  • Adults CHF 22.-
  • Children (6–14 years) / Reduced rate CHF 13.-
  • Children up to and including 5 years free

🎌 1-Day Ticket

  • Adults CHF 17.-
  • Children (6–14 years) / Reduced rate CHF 8.-
  • Children up to and including 5 years free

Il Premium Pass was the choice for anyone who wanted to experience the festival in an even more special way and receive an esclusivo kit Japan Matsuri 2026 in edizione limitata.

The Premium Pass included:

  • 2-Day Pass
  • Early access 30 minutes before the official opening
  • Exclusive Japan Matsuri 2026 kit, including:
    • Official tote bag
    • Official fan
    • Official water bottle
    • Official keychain in collaboration with Officine di Giacopo
    • Print featuring an illustration by Yumiko Igarashi
    • Organic silken tofu by ClearSpring

Importante: la stampa con illustrazione di Yumiko Igarashi was not signed by the Maestra and did not give access to the signing session, for which a separate registration was required.

Online Ticket Purchase & Pass Collection

To improve entry management, those who had bought their ticket online could collect their entry pass from 9:00 am at the collection point in via del Bramantino, lato nord del padiglione C (PalaSport).

This way the procedure was completed before opening and entry to the festival area was quicker.

♿ Reduced Rates

The following were entitled to the tariffa ridotta (valida solo in loco):

  • People with disabilities
  • One accompanying person per person with a disability

The reduced rate applied to:

  • 1-Day Ticket: CHF 8.–
  • 2-Day Pass: CHF 13.–

To get the reduction, valid documentation proving entitlement had to be shown at the ticket desk.

ℹ️ Useful Information

  • Tickets were available online and at the festival ticket desks.
  • Tickets bought online had to be exchanged for the entry pass.
  • Some workshops required separate registration and a separate ticket.
  • Tickets were non-refundable.
  • Passes were wristbands issued at the festival entrance: on first entry the ticket was exchanged for a wristband. Removed wristbands were not replaced.
  • At the ticket desk we did not accept banknotes of CHF 200.– e CHF 1’000.–.
