In this exclusive course, Trevor will guide you through the preparation of two iconic Japanese dishes: Gyūdon and Yakisoba.
Gyūdon is a traditional beef and rice dish, seasoned with a sauce made from soy, mirin, and sugar, creating a rich and comforting harmony of flavors. Yakisoba, on the other hand, is a stir-fried noodle dish with vegetables and meat, enhanced with a unique sauce that blends sweet and savory. These dishes are not only emblematic of Japanese cuisine but also represent the essence of Japanese street food.
