This year’s theme is Japanese sweets. Do you know what traditional Japanese sweets are? How are they made? What are the basic ingredients? What do young Japanese people love? At the end of the presentation, you will also learn how to cook dorayaki, Doraemon’s favorite treat.

Come and discover the secrets of making Japanese sweets with Yukiko Kanaya De Micheli, our expert in Japanese cuisine, who will guide you through an exciting cooking show. During the event, Yukiko will share all her professional tips and tricks.

Japanese sweets, known as wagashi, are delicate treats that celebrate the seasons and the Japanese culture. They use ingredients like glutinous rice, red azuki beans, matcha green tea, and various fruits. These sweets are not only delicious but also visually stunning. Wagashi can be served during tea ceremonies or as elegant desserts.

At the end of the cooking show, you’ll have the opportunity to purchase a delicious bento box that also includes dorayaki, all for just CHF 20.-. Please note that advance booking is required for the bento box. Send an email to [email protected] to reserve your bento box.
