In this workshop, you’ll be guided through an experience that introduces you to the discipline of Karate from a historical, cultural, and especially practical perspective. The course will begin with a presentation covering technical, cultural, and philosophical topics to provide a general overview of Karate’s history, from its ancient roots on the island of Okinawa to its modern evolution.
Following the presentation, there will be a demonstration by instructors showcasing a series of dynamic forms and combat sequences. Finally, you’ll have the opportunity to practice some basic Karate techniques during a training session led by experienced masters and instructors. This workshop is perfect for anyone interested in learning, exploring, or expanding their knowledge of martial arts and Karate. There are no age or skill requirements to participate, so don’t miss this chance to give it a try!
