Sushi Masterclass: Nigiri, Hosomaki, and Uramaki with Philippe Kämpf
Join us for another unmissable sushi workshop! This hands-on session will guide you through the preparation of three classic sushi types: Nigiri, Hosomaki, and Uramaki. Learn tricks and techniques to easily recreate these dishes at home, and discover how to enjoy sushi more sustainably.
What You’ll Do:
- Sushi Preparation: Follow step-by-step instructions to create Nigiri, Hosomaki, and Uramaki.
- Educational Component: Learn where sushi fish comes from and how to make more sustainable choices to stay healty.
Included in the Course:
- Lunch: Enjoy the dishes prepared during the course.
- Note: If there is leftover food, you can take it home. We suggest bringing containers.
