Regolamento per i Corsi del Japan Matsuri

Acquistando il biglietto per il corso, l’acquirente accetta integralmente il presente regolamento.

1. Responsabilità L’acquirente è responsabile per eventuali danni o rotture arrecati alla proprietà della scuola durante la partecipazione ai corsi. Eventuali costi di riparazione o sostituzione saranno a carico del responsabile del danno.
2. Cancellazione della Partecipazione La cancellazione della partecipazione al corso può essere effettuata entro il 13 settembre. In caso di cancellazione entro tale data, verrà effettuato un rimborso dell’importo del corso, ad eccezione dei costi di commissione e di servizio del gestore (CHF 5.-), che non possono essere restituiti poiché non ricevuti dagli organizzatori.
3. Nessun Rimborso dopo il 13 Settembre Oltre la data del 13 settembre, per motivi organizzativi, non sarà possibile ottenere alcun rimborso in caso di cancellazione.
4. Norme di Comportamento I partecipanti sono tenuti a mantenere un comportamento rispettoso e appropriato durante lo svolgimento dei corsi. Gli organizzatori si riservano il diritto di allontanare chiunque non rispetti queste norme, senza obbligo di rimborso.
5. Modifiche al Programma Gli organizzatori si riservano il diritto di apportare modifiche al programma dei corsi per motivi organizzativi o di forza maggiore. In caso di annullamento del corso da parte degli organizzatori, verrà rimborsata l’intera quota di iscrizione, meno i costi di commissione e di servizio del gestore (CHF 5.-).
6. Protezione dei Dati Personali I dati personali forniti durante l’iscrizione saranno trattati nel rispetto della normativa sulla privacy e utilizzati esclusivamente per finalità organizzative legate ai corsi del Japan Matsuri.
7. Materiali e Attrezzature Tutti i materiali e le attrezzature necessari per i corsi saranno forniti dagli organizzatori, salvo diversa indicazione specificata nella descrizione del corso. Se richiesto, i partecipanti devono portare il materiale indicato.
8. Diritti d’Immagine Durante i corsi potrebbero essere scattate foto o registrati video per fini promozionali. Acquistando il biglietto, i partecipanti acconsentono all’uso delle loro immagini per questi scopi.

Regulations for Japan Matsuri Courses

By purchasing a ticket for the course, the buyer fully accepts these regulations.

1. Responsibility
   The buyer is responsible for any damage or breakage caused to the school’s property during the course. Any repair or replacement costs will be charged to the person responsible for the damage.
2. Cancellation of Participation
   Course participation can be canceled until September 13th. In case of cancellation by this date, a refund of the course fee will be issued, except for the handling and service fees of the organizer (CHF 5.-), which cannot be refunded as they are not received by the organizers.
3. No Refunds after September 13th
   After September 13th, for organizational reasons, no refunds will be possible in case of cancellation.
4. Code of Conduct
   Participants are required to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior during the courses. The organizers reserve the right to expel anyone who does not comply with these rules, without any obligation to refund.
5. Program Changes
   The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the course program for organizational reasons or force majeure. If the course is canceled by the organizers, the full registration fee will be refunded, except for the handling and service fees of the organizer (CHF 5.-).
6. Personal Data Protection
   Personal data provided during registration will be processed in compliance with privacy regulations and used exclusively for organizational purposes related to the Japan Matsuri courses.
7. Materials and Equipment
   All materials and equipment needed for the courses will be provided by the organizers, unless otherwise specified in the course description. If required, participants must bring the indicated materials.
8. Image Rights
   Photos or videos may be taken during the courses for promotional purposes. By purchasing the ticket, participants consent to the use of their images for these purposes.

Règlement des Cours du Japan Matsuri

En achetant un billet pour le cours, l’acheteur accepte pleinement ce règlement.

1. Responsabilité
   L’acheteur est responsable de tout dommage ou casse causé à la propriété de l’école pendant le cours. Tous les frais de réparation ou de remplacement seront à la charge de la personne responsable des dégâts.
2. Annulation de la Participation
   La participation au cours peut être annulée jusqu’au 13 septembre. En cas d’annulation avant cette date, un remboursement du montant du cours sera effectué, à l’exception des frais de commission et de service de l’organisateur (CHF 5.-), qui ne peuvent pas être remboursés car non perçus par les organisateurs.
3. Aucun Remboursement après le 13 Septembre
   Passé le 13 septembre, pour des raisons organisationnelles, aucun remboursement ne sera possible en cas d’annulation.
4. Code de Conduite
   Les participants doivent adopter un comportement respectueux et approprié pendant les cours. Les organisateurs se réservent le droit d’expulser toute personne ne respectant pas ces règles, sans obligation de remboursement.
5. Modifications du Programme
   Les organisateurs se réservent le droit d’apporter des modifications au programme des cours pour des raisons organisationnelles ou de force majeure. En cas d’annulation du cours par les organisateurs, la totalité des frais d’inscription sera remboursée, moins les frais de commission et de service de l’organisateur (CHF 5.-).
6. Protection des Données Personnelles
   Les données personnelles fournies lors de l’inscription seront traitées conformément à la réglementation sur la confidentialité et utilisées exclusivement à des fins organisationnelles liées aux cours du Japan Matsuri.
7. Matériels et Équipements
   Tous les matériaux et équipements nécessaires aux cours seront fournis par les organisateurs, sauf indication contraire spécifiée dans la description du cours. Si nécessaire, les participants doivent apporter les matériaux indiqués.
8. Droits à l’Image
   Des photos ou des vidéos peuvent être prises pendant les cours à des fins promotionnelles. En achetant le billet, les participants consentent à l’utilisation de leurs images à ces fins.

Regeln für Japan Matsuri Kurse

Mit dem Kauf eines Tickets für den Kurs akzeptiert der Käufer diese Regeln vollständig.

1. Verantwortung
   Der Käufer ist verantwortlich für alle Schäden oder Brüche, die während des Kurses am Eigentum der Schule entstehen. Alle Reparatur- oder Ersatzkosten gehen zu Lasten der verantwortlichen Person.
2. Stornierung der Teilnahme
   Die Teilnahme am Kurs kann bis zum 13. September storniert werden. Bei einer Stornierung bis zu diesem Datum wird die Kursgebühr erstattet, abzüglich der Bearbeitungs- und Servicegebühren des Veranstalters (CHF 5.-), die nicht erstattet werden können, da sie nicht von den Organisatoren erhalten werden.
3. Keine Rückerstattung nach dem 13. September
   Nach dem 13. September ist aus organisatorischen Gründen keine Rückerstattung bei Stornierung möglich.
4. Verhaltensregeln
   Die Teilnehmer sind verpflichtet, während der Kurse ein respektvolles und angemessenes Verhalten zu zeigen. Die Organisatoren behalten sich das Recht vor, jede Person, die diese Regeln nicht einhält, ohne Rückerstattung auszuschließen.
5. Programmänderungen
   Die Organisatoren behalten sich das Recht vor, das Kursprogramm aus organisatorischen Gründen oder höherer Gewalt zu ändern. Im Falle einer Absage des Kurses durch die Organisatoren wird die gesamte Anmeldegebühr abzüglich der Bearbeitungs- und Servicegebühren des Veranstalters (CHF 5.-) erstattet.
6. Schutz personenbezogener Daten
   Die bei der Anmeldung angegebenen personenbezogenen Daten werden gemäß den Datenschutzbestimmungen verarbeitet und ausschließlich für organisatorische Zwecke im Zusammenhang mit den Japan Matsuri Kursen verwendet.
7. Materialien und Ausrüstung
   Alle für die Kurse benötigten Materialien und Ausrüstungen werden von den Organisatoren gestellt, sofern in der Kursbeschreibung nicht anders angegeben. Falls erforderlich, müssen die Teilnehmer die angegebenen Materialien mitbringen.
8. Bildrechte
   Während der Kurse können Fotos oder Videos zu Werbezwecken aufgenommen werden. Mit dem Kauf des Tickets stimmen die Teilnehmer der Verwendung ihrer Bilder für diese Zwecke zu.
