Atemberaubende Landschaften, lebendige Traditionen und eine enge Verbundenheit mit der Region pr\u00e4gen ihre Identit\u00e4t. Das raue Klima und der Wechsel der Jahreszeiten haben eine au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnliche kulinarische Tradition hervorgebracht, in der fermentierte Lebensmittel eine zentrale Rolle spielen.<\/p><p>In diesem Vortrag nehme ich Sie mit auf eine Reise durch die Geschichte, die K\u00fcche und die kulinarischen Traditionen T\u014dhokus.
