Originally from Osaka, this is one of Japan\u2019s most beloved street foods.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\" class=\"translation-block\"><b>Okonomiyaki<\/b>: A savory pancake typical of Osaka, made without seafood and rich in vegetables, cooked on a hot plate. Passionate about cooking since childhood, she began working part-time in kitchens while studying. After graduating from art high school and university, she worked as a graphic designer in Osaka and Tokyo.<\/p><p>During a trip to Italy, she fell in love with Italian culture and studied the language in Salerno. In 2008, she moved to Bergamo.<\/p><p>Driven by a longing for the flavors of home, she began cooking Japanese dishes using Italian ingredients, spreading her passion by word of mouth. Since 2012, she has been teaching homemade Japanese cuisine in Bergamo, Brescia, Lecco, Varese, and Milan, with the goal of sharing the true culinary tradition of Japan.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-649dbf3e e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"649dbf3e\"
