Neko Yona started to cosplay in 2010, immediately falling in love with both the craftsmanship and the community-building nature of this artform.<\/p>

With her mixed background, as a primary teacher and a Bachelor in Fashion Design & Technology, she enjoys to mentor and inspire other creators \u2013 from costume making to stage performance.<\/p>

She has many victories under her belt and has been representing Switzerland internationally, for example being selected twice as the Swiss representative for 4C (Clara Cows Cosplay Cup) in the Netherlands.<\/p>

Through the years she has become renowned for her extensive mastery of sewing techniques and her specialty skills in embroidery, partnering with Bernina on various events across Switzerland, France and Portugal.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

In 2024, she held a panel on machine embroidery with Yaya Han at Fantasy Basel.
\nAs the official Swiss German hostess of the Swiss Cosplay League, she also advocates to bridge linguistic barriers inside the cosplay community and has judged, competed at and organised various contests throughout Switzerland, including Swiss qualifiers.<\/p>
