D\u00e9couvrez comment pr\u00e9parer, de A \u00e0 Z, l\u2019un des desserts les plus embl\u00e9matiques du Japon : le dorayaki.<\/p>

Au cours de l\u2019atelier, vous apprendrez \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser une p\u00e2te parfaite, moelleuse et dor\u00e9e, et \u00e0 la cuire avec la bonne technique pour obtenir cette texture l\u00e9g\u00e8re et homog\u00e8ne qui fait la particularit\u00e9 du dorayaki. Nous vous guiderons \u00e9galement dans la pr\u00e9paration de la garniture traditionnelle \u00e0 l\u2019anko (p\u00e2te de haricots rouges azuki sucr\u00e9e) et vous proposerons des variantes gourmandes, du matcha \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me.<\/p>

Ce sera \u00e0 la fois une le\u00e7on de cuisine et un voyage dans la culture japonaise : nous vous raconterons anecdotes et histoires autour de ce g\u00e2teau appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 des petits comme des grands, et nous vous donnerons tous les secrets pour le r\u00e9ussir facilement chez vous.<\/p>

\u00c0 la fin du cours, nous d\u00e9gusterons ensemble les dorayaki fra\u00eechement pr\u00e9par\u00e9s\u2026 et leur parfum sera tout simplement irr\u00e9sistible.
