IT<\/strong><\/p>

Regolamento per i Corsi del Japan Matsuri<\/strong><\/p>

Acquistando il biglietto per il corso, l\u2019acquirente accetta integralmente il presente regolamento.<\/p>

  1. Responsabilit\u00e0<\/strong> L\u2019acquirente \u00e8 responsabile per eventuali danni o rotture arrecati alla propriet\u00e0 della scuola durante la partecipazione ai corsi. Eventuali costi di riparazione o sostituzione saranno a carico del responsabile del danno.<\/li>
  2. Cancellazione della Partecipazione<\/strong> La cancellazione della partecipazione al corso pu\u00f2 essere effettuata entro il 13 settembre. In caso di cancellazione entro tale data, verr\u00e0 effettuato un rimborso dell\u2019importo del corso, ad eccezione dei costi di commissione e di servizio del gestore (CHF 5.-), che non possono essere restituiti poich\u00e9 non ricevuti dagli organizzatori.<\/li>
  3. Nessun Rimborso dopo il 13 Settembre<\/strong> Oltre la data del 13 settembre, per motivi organizzativi, non sar\u00e0 possibile ottenere alcun rimborso in caso di cancellazione.<\/li>
  4. Norme di Comportamento<\/strong> I partecipanti sono tenuti a mantenere un comportamento rispettoso e appropriato durante lo svolgimento dei corsi. Gli organizzatori si riservano il diritto di allontanare chiunque non rispetti queste norme, senza obbligo di rimborso.<\/li>
  5. Modifiche al Programma<\/strong> Gli organizzatori si riservano il diritto di apportare modifiche al programma dei corsi per motivi organizzativi o di forza maggiore. In caso di annullamento del corso da parte degli organizzatori, verr\u00e0 rimborsata l\u2019intera quota di iscrizione, meno i costi di commissione e di servizio del gestore (CHF 5.-).<\/li>
  6. Protezione dei Dati Personali<\/strong> I dati personali forniti durante l\u2019iscrizione saranno trattati nel rispetto della normativa sulla privacy e utilizzati esclusivamente per finalit\u00e0 organizzative legate ai corsi del Japan Matsuri.<\/li>
  7. Materiali e Attrezzature<\/strong> Tutti i materiali e le attrezzature necessari per i corsi saranno forniti dagli organizzatori, salvo diversa indicazione specificata nella descrizione del corso. Se richiesto, i partecipanti devono portare il materiale indicato.<\/li>
  8. Diritti d\u2019Immagine<\/strong> Durante i corsi potrebbero essere scattate foto o registrati video per fini promozionali. Acquistando il biglietto, i partecipanti acconsentono all\u2019uso delle loro immagini per questi scopi.<\/li><\/ol>

    Regulations for Japan Matsuri Courses<\/strong><\/p>

    By purchasing a ticket for the course, the buyer fully accepts these regulations.<\/p>

    1. Responsibility<\/strong>
      <\/strong> The buyer is responsible for any damage or breakage caused to the school\u2019s property during the course. Any repair or replacement costs will be charged to the person responsible for the damage.<\/li>
    2. Cancellation of Participation<\/strong>
      <\/strong> Course participation can be canceled until September 13th. In case of cancellation by this date, a refund of the course fee will be issued, except for the handling and service fees of the organizer (CHF 5.-), which cannot be refunded as they are not received by the organizers.<\/li>
    3. No Refunds after September 13th<\/strong>
      <\/strong> After September 13th, for organizational reasons, no refunds will be possible in case of cancellation.<\/li>
    4. Code of Conduct<\/strong>
      <\/strong> Participants are required to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior during the courses. The organizers reserve the right to expel anyone who does not comply with these rules, without any obligation to refund.<\/li>
    5. Program Changes<\/strong>
      <\/strong> The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the course program for organizational reasons or force majeure. If the course is canceled by the organizers, the full registration fee will be refunded, except for the handling and service fees of the organizer (CHF 5.-).<\/li>
    6. Personal Data Protection<\/strong>
      <\/strong> Personal data provided during registration will be processed in compliance with privacy regulations and used exclusively for organizational purposes related to the Japan Matsuri courses.<\/li>
    7. Materials and Equipment<\/strong>
      <\/strong> All materials and equipment needed for the courses will be provided by the organizers, unless otherwise specified in the course description. If required, participants must bring the indicated materials.<\/li>
    8. Image Rights<\/strong>
      <\/strong> Photos or videos may be taken during the courses for promotional purposes. By purchasing the ticket, participants consent to the use of their images for these purposes.<\/li><\/ol>

      FR<\/strong><\/p>

      R\u00e8glement des Cours du Japan Matsuri<\/strong><\/p>

      En achetant un billet pour le cours, l\u2019acheteur accepte pleinement ce r\u00e8glement.<\/p>

      1. Responsabilit\u00e9<\/strong>
        <\/strong> L\u2019acheteur est responsable de tout dommage ou casse caus\u00e9 \u00e0 la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9cole pendant le cours. Tous les frais de r\u00e9paration ou de remplacement seront \u00e0 la charge de la personne responsable des d\u00e9g\u00e2ts.<\/li>
      2. Annulation de la Participation<\/strong>
        <\/strong> La participation au cours peut \u00eatre annul\u00e9e jusqu\u2019au 13 septembre. En cas d\u2019annulation avant cette date, un remboursement du montant du cours sera effectu\u00e9, \u00e0 l\u2019exception des frais de commission et de service de l\u2019organisateur (CHF 5.-), qui ne peuvent pas \u00eatre rembours\u00e9s car non per\u00e7us par les organisateurs.<\/li>
      3. Aucun Remboursement apr\u00e8s le 13 Septembre<\/strong>
        <\/strong> Pass\u00e9 le 13 septembre, pour des raisons organisationnelles, aucun remboursement ne sera possible en cas d\u2019annulation.<\/li>
      4. Code de Conduite<\/strong>
        <\/strong> Les participants doivent adopter un comportement respectueux et appropri\u00e9 pendant les cours. Les organisateurs se r\u00e9servent le droit d\u2019expulser toute personne ne respectant pas ces r\u00e8gles, sans obligation de remboursement.<\/li>
      5. Modifications du Programme<\/strong>
        <\/strong> Les organisateurs se r\u00e9servent le droit d\u2019apporter des modifications au programme des cours pour des raisons organisationnelles ou de force majeure. En cas d\u2019annulation du cours par les organisateurs, la totalit\u00e9 des frais d\u2019inscription sera rembours\u00e9e, moins les frais de commission et de service de l\u2019organisateur (CHF 5.-).<\/li>
      6. Protection des Donn\u00e9es Personnelles<\/strong>
        <\/strong> Les donn\u00e9es personnelles fournies lors de l\u2019inscription seront trait\u00e9es conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la r\u00e9glementation sur la confidentialit\u00e9 et utilis\u00e9es exclusivement \u00e0 des fins organisationnelles li\u00e9es aux cours du Japan Matsuri.<\/li>
      7. Mat\u00e9riels et \u00c9quipements<\/strong>
        <\/strong> Tous les mat\u00e9riaux et \u00e9quipements n\u00e9cessaires aux cours seront fournis par les organisateurs, sauf indication contraire sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9e dans la description du cours. Si n\u00e9cessaire, les participants doivent apporter les mat\u00e9riaux indiqu\u00e9s.<\/li>
      8. Droits \u00e0 l\u2019Image<\/strong>
        <\/strong> Des photos ou des vid\u00e9os peuvent \u00eatre prises pendant les cours \u00e0 des fins promotionnelles. En achetant le billet, les participants consentent \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation de leurs images \u00e0 ces fins.<\/li><\/ol>

        DE<\/strong><\/p>

        Regeln f\u00fcr Japan Matsuri Kurse<\/strong><\/p>

        Mit dem Kauf eines Tickets f\u00fcr den Kurs akzeptiert der K\u00e4ufer diese Regeln vollst\u00e4ndig.<\/p>

        1. Verantwortung<\/strong>
          <\/strong> Der K\u00e4ufer ist verantwortlich f\u00fcr alle Sch\u00e4den oder Br\u00fcche, die w\u00e4hrend des Kurses am Eigentum der Schule entstehen. Alle Reparatur- oder Ersatzkosten gehen zu Lasten der verantwortlichen Person.<\/li>
        2. Stornierung der Teilnahme<\/strong>
          <\/strong> Die Teilnahme am Kurs kann bis zum 13. September storniert werden. Bei einer Stornierung bis zu diesem Datum wird die Kursgeb\u00fchr erstattet, abz\u00fcglich der Bearbeitungs- und Servicegeb\u00fchren des Veranstalters (CHF 5.-), die nicht erstattet werden k\u00f6nnen, da sie nicht von den Organisatoren erhalten werden.<\/li>
        3. Keine R\u00fcckerstattung nach dem 13. September<\/strong>
          <\/strong> Nach dem 13. September ist aus organisatorischen Gr\u00fcnden keine R\u00fcckerstattung bei Stornierung m\u00f6glich.<\/li>
        4. Verhaltensregeln<\/strong>
          <\/strong> Die Teilnehmer sind verpflichtet, w\u00e4hrend der Kurse ein respektvolles und angemessenes Verhalten zu zeigen. Die Organisatoren behalten sich das Recht vor, jede Person, die diese Regeln nicht einh\u00e4lt, ohne R\u00fcckerstattung auszuschlie\u00dfen.<\/li>
        5. Programm\u00e4nderungen<\/strong>
          <\/strong> Die Organisatoren behalten sich das Recht vor, das Kursprogramm aus organisatorischen Gr\u00fcnden oder h\u00f6herer Gewalt zu \u00e4ndern. Im Falle einer Absage des Kurses durch die Organisatoren wird die gesamte Anmeldegeb\u00fchr abz\u00fcglich der Bearbeitungs- und Servicegeb\u00fchren des Veranstalters (CHF 5.-) erstattet.<\/li>
        6. Schutz personenbezogener Daten<\/strong>
          <\/strong> Die bei der Anmeldung angegebenen personenbezogenen Daten werden gem\u00e4\u00df den Datenschutzbestimmungen verarbeitet und ausschlie\u00dflich f\u00fcr organisatorische Zwecke im Zusammenhang mit den Japan Matsuri Kursen verwendet.<\/li>
        7. Materialien und Ausr\u00fcstung<\/strong>
          <\/strong> Alle f\u00fcr die Kurse ben\u00f6tigten Materialien und Ausr\u00fcstungen werden von den Organisatoren gestellt, sofern in der Kursbeschreibung nicht anders angegeben. Falls erforderlich, m\u00fcssen die Teilnehmer die angegebenen Materialien mitbringen.<\/li>
        8. Bildrechte<\/strong>
          <\/strong> W\u00e4hrend der Kurse k\u00f6nnen Fotos oder Videos zu Werbezwecken aufgenommen werden. Mit dem Kauf des Tickets stimmen die Teilnehmer der Verwendung ihrer Bilder f\u00fcr diese Zwecke zu.<\/li><\/ol>
