Les mets pr\u00e9par\u00e9s seront d\u00e9gust\u00e9s en fin d\u2019atelier.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">Responsable d\u2019un service de livraison de bentos \u00e0 Bienne depuis 2017, Mich\u00e8le est une cheffe form\u00e9e, sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e en cuisine japonaise. Elle a remport\u00e9 la <b>troisi\u00e8me place lors d\u2019un concours international de washoku au Japon<\/b>.<\/p><p>Il laboratorio rappresenta un\u2019occasione unica per apprendere l\u2019equilibrio, la stagionalit\u00e0 e l\u2019estetica che rendono il washoku un&#8217;esperienza culinaria
