Questi stand offrono un\u2019atmosfera unica, dove \u00e8 possibile gustare cibi tradizionali preparati al momento, seguendo ricette tramandate nel tempo.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-16bdd58 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"16bdd58\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Durante il workshop imparerai a preparare tre icone dello street food giapponese:<\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Takoyaki<\/b>: palline di pastella ripiene di polpo, croccanti all\u2019esterno e morbide all\u2019interno, servite con salsa e maionese. Originario di Osaka, \u00e8 uno degli street food pi\u00f9 amati in Giappone.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Okonomiyaki<\/b>: una sorta di frittata salata tipica di Osaka, senza frutti di mare, ricca di verdure e cotta sulla piastra. Viene condita con salsa, maionese e scaglie di katsuobushi (tonno essiccato).<\/li><li><b>Yakisoba<\/b>: noodles saltati alla piastra con verdure e carne, conditi con una salsa speziata e saporita.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Un\u2019esperienza autentica per esplorare i sapori della cucina tradizionale e della cultura pop giapponese, in un ambiente accogliente, divertente e formativo.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-739bb2ec e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"739bb2ec\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-518a32f0 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"518a32f0\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-94a5ae7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"94a5ae7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><b>KATSURA YUMI<\/b><b><br \/><\/b> Yumi \u00e8 nata sull\u2019isola di Awaji, in Giappone. Appassionata di cucina fin da giovane, ha iniziato a cucinare lavorando part-time durante gli studi. Dopo il liceo artistico e l\u2019universit\u00e0 d\u2019arte, ha lavorato come grafica a Osaka e Tokyo.<\/p><p>Durante un viaggio in Italia, si \u00e8 innamorata della cultura italiana e ha studiato la lingua a Salerno. Nel 2008 si \u00e8 trasferita a Bergamo.<\/p><p>Spinta dalla nostalgia per i sapori di casa, ha iniziato a cucinare piatti giapponesi con ingredienti italiani, diffondendo la sua passione attraverso il passaparola. Dal 2012 insegna cucina giapponese casalinga a Bergamo, Brescia, Lecco, Varese e Milano, con l\u2019obiettivo di far conoscere la vera tradizione gastronomica del
