Discover the secrets of preparing futomaki with Yukiko Kanaya De Micheli, the Japanese cooking teacher who will guide you through this exciting cooking show. During this event, Yukiko will share with you all the tricks of the trade.

Futomaki is a type of sushi roll, originating from Japanese cuisine. This dish is prepared with sushi rice, nori seaweed, and a variety of ingredients such as cucumbers, eggs, tuna, avocado, and other vegetables. Thanks to its cylindrical shape, futomaki is often sliced and served as an appetizer or as a main course.

At the end of the cooking show, you will have the opportunity to purchase a delicious bento box containing homemade sushi and matcha tea muffins (30 + 10 vegetarian available), for only CHF 20.- per box. Remember that advance booking is required only for the purchase of the bento box. Send an email to [email protected] to reserve your bento box.
