Japanese Street Food

A Journey Through Authentic Flavors and Tradition

Discover the vibrant culture of Japanese food stalls, an integral part of daily life and celebrations in Japan. These stands offer a unique atmosphere, where you can enjoy freshly prepared traditional dishes based on time-honored recipes.

During the workshop, you will learn how to prepare three iconic Japanese street food dishes:

  • Takoyaki: batter balls filled with octopus, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, served with sauce and mayonnaise. Originally from Osaka, this is one of Japan’s most beloved street foods.
  • Okonomiyaki: A savory pancake typical of Osaka, made without seafood and rich in vegetables, cooked on a hot plate. It is topped with sauce, mayonnaise, and katsuobushi flakes (dried tuna).
  • Yakisoba: stir-fried noodles with vegetables and meat, seasoned with a flavorful, spicy sauce.

An authentic experience to explore the tastes of traditional Japanese cuisine and pop culture in a welcoming, fun, and educational environment.
