Dorayaki

Discover how to prepare from scratch one of Japan’s most iconic desserts: dorayaki.

During the workshop, you will learn how to make the perfect batter—soft and golden—and how to cook it with the right technique to achieve the characteristic fluffy and even texture. We will also guide you in preparing the traditional filling with anko (sweet red bean paste) and suggest delicious variations, from matcha to cream.

This is not only a cooking class but also a journey into Japanese culture: we will share fascinating stories and curiosities about this beloved treat, cherished by both children and adults, and give you all the tips to confidently recreate it at home.

At the end of the class, we will taste the freshly made dorayaki together… and the aroma will be simply irresistible.
