Can I pay with Euros?
You can pay with Euros at the ticket office, and some exhibitors accept payment in Euros, but not all. It is advisable to have Swiss Francs with you.
Can I pay with a credit card?
You can pay with a credit card or with TWINT at the ticket office. Some exhibitors accept payment with a card, but not all, so it is advisable to have cash with you.
Is there an ATM inside the festival?
No, there is no ATM inside the festival.

Are there parking spaces nearby?
There are several free parking spaces in the immediate vicinity. Furthermore, a large free parking area can be found not far away on Via Tatti. More information here: Come raggiungerci
Is there a cloakroom?
Yes, there is a cloakroom at the entrance of the festival, but it is not guarded or monitored.
Will there be Wi-Fi at the event?
There is free public Wi-Fi, which may experience slowdowns due to the numerous simultaneous connections.
What are the rules for cosplay?
We love the cosplayers who show up every year in large numbers, but cosplay and its accessories should not be dangerous in any way to the public, visitors, or the cosplayer themselves. To ensure safety, objects that could be dangerous in any way are prohibited in cosplay. Therefore, sharp metal blades, blunt objects, objects that can shoot bullets, even rubber ones, and reproductions of firearms are strictly prohibited. Reproductions of white weapons, as well as blunt objects, will only be allowed if they are made of lightweight materials and are devoid of sharp points and edges. Where can I buy tickets?
Tickets can be purchased online at www.ticketino.com or directly at the festival ticket office on the day of the event. These are the only official means of purchase.

Are there any special discounts and/or for children?

Children up to 5 years old enter for free.
I bought the ticket online. Can I skip the line?
To further facilitate the entrance for those who purchase tickets online, we have created a special entrance located on the side of PalaSport on Via del Bramantino.
Can I buy tickets online on the day of the festival?
Yes, you can buy tickets online on the day of the festival. However, payment processing may take a few hours, depending on the credit card used. For this reason, we strongly recommend buying tickets online in advance to avoid any unforeseen delays caused by your bank.
I bought a ticket online but could not attend the festival. Can I get a refund?
No, we cannot refund tickets purchased online.
Accessibility
Can I leave the festival and come back later?
You can leave the festival area and come back later only if you still have the wristband attached to your wrist.
My wristband broke, can I enter the festival and get it replaced?
The wristband is designed to withstand water and does not break easily, so it cannot be replaced.
Is the festival accessible to wheelchair users and/or people with reduced mobility?
Yes, the festival is accessible for wheelchair users and people with reduced mobility. The cooking classes, held at the nearby SSSAT (Specialized Hospitality and Tourism School), are accessible via a stairlift. Other workshops can be accessed using a private elevator. Can I bring my dog to the festival?
Dogs are allowed, but must always be kept on a leash; it is recommended to carry a muzzle in case it is needed.
Are there any age restrictions to enter the festival?
No, all visitors from 0 to 100+ years old are welcome.
