Discover and taste Japanese Sake

Discover the secrets of this exceptional Japanese beverage with our Sake experts : how it is produced, how to choose and enjoy it, how to create the best Sake and food pairings, and how to craft Sake-based cocktails.

We will taste a selection of bottles from the Japanese brewery Takara Shuzo and share tools to dive into the Sake world. We will also have a quick introduction to Japanese Shochu.

Fondata nel 1954 a Nada, la birreria Takara è stata completamente rinnovata e rinominata Shirakabegura nel 2001. Unendo tecniche tradizionali, ingredienti di alta qualità e tecnologie moderne, Takara produce Sake, Shochu e liquori di altissimo livello.
