Discover and taste Japanese Sake
with Foodex
Discover the secrets of this exceptional Japanese beverage with our Sake experts : how it is produced, how to choose and enjoy it, how to create the best Sake and food pairings, and how to craft Sake-based cocktails.
We will taste a selection of bottles from the Japanese brewery Takara Shuzo and share tools to dive into the Sake world. We will also have a quick introduction to Japanese Shochu.
Founded in 1954 in Nada, the Takara brewery was completely renovated and renamed Shirakabegura in 2001. Combining traditional techniques, high-quality ingredients and modern technology, Takara produces exceptional sake, shochu and liqueurs.
