His dedication to quality and creativity turns every dish into an authentic culinary experience.

In this hands-on class, you’ll discover two great classics of Japanese cuisine: Gyudon, the iconic rice bowl topped with beef and onions simmered in a rich, umami-packed sauce, and Tonkatsu, the famous Japanese pork cutlet, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, served with its signature sauce.

You’ll learn the techniques, ingredients and secrets behind these two dishes, preparing them in keeping with tradition and learning how to recreate them easily at home. Along the way, you’ll discover the flavours, textures and little details that make Japanese cuisine so unique.
